Many companies have a matching gift program; you give an amount and they donate the same. All you have to do is ask… Here’s how you can double or triple your impact in your community.

  1. Donate
    Make a cash, check or credit card donation to The First Tee. Keep your gift receipt in case your workplace requires it. Most corporate matching programs give you up to one year to request their match on your donation.
  2. Search
    Search the list below for your company. Select your regional office if you get more than one result.
    No results? You may still have a matching program. Check with your HR department to ask if your company matches employee donations.
  3. Match
    There are two ways to submit the matching request.
    a) Download your company’s matching gift verification form using the provided link. Print it, fill it out and mail it to us.
    b) If your company provides a link to their intranet, use this to log in and submit your matching gift request to them. They’ll process this and send it to us.

 

Once we receive your form or online request, we’ll take care of the rest. Your company will send its matching donation directly to The First Tee and support will help twice (or even three times) as many people.

  • The First Tee of Northwest Florida is a 501(C)3 organization (EIN 59-3288799), and is registered with the State of Florida under the Solicitation of Contributions Act of 1991 (Registration #CH25872). 100% of each contribution is received by The First Tee of Northwest Florida. A copy of the official registration and financial information may be obtained from the Division of Consumer Services by calling toll free within the state 1-800-435-7352; registration does not imply endorsement approval or recommendation by the state. We are required to inform you that your donation is tax deductible to the legal extent of the law based on fair-market value.
